Red Flower Temple Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Shipping Method

We ship all orders through PostNL. This is the only carrier we use for deliveries.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate for all orders, regardless of size or weight. The flat rate is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always notify you if there are delays.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows: • Domestic (Netherlands): 1-3 business days • International: 5-14 business days, depending on location Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like customs delays or public holidays.

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package through PostNL’s website.

6. International Shipping

We do ship internationally. However, international customers may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in our shipping rate and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@redflower.com We will assist you in filing a claim with PostNL and work to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
