Subscription Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription products purchased through redflowertemple.com, including the Mastering the Basics online seminar. It satisfies the purchase options cancellation policy requirement under Shopify’s subscription commerce terms.


1. Our subscription plans

Mastering the Basics is available on the following subscription plans:


  • Basic Monthly — €39.00/month, billed monthly, minimum 6 months
  • Basic 6-Month — €220.00 billed every 6 months (saving €14)


Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account:


  • Log in at redflowertemple.com/account
  • Go to “Manage subscription”
  • Select “Cancel subscription” and confirm


You can also request cancellation by emailing contact@redflowertemple.com. Please include your order number or the email address used at purchase. We will process your cancellation within 2 business days and send confirmation.


3. When cancellation takes effect

3.1 Monthly plans

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to course content until that date. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Example: if your billing date is the 10th of each month and you cancel on the 22nd, your access continues until the 9th of the following month and no further payment is taken.


3.2 Prepaid 6-month plans

Cancellation of a prepaid plan prevents automatic renewal at the end of the 6-month period. You retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refund is issued for unused months within a prepaid period, except as described in section 5.

 

4. Refunds upon cancellation

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged, except in the following circumstances:


  • The service has been unavailable for an extended period due to a technical issue on our side that we have been unable to resolve within 7 business days of your report
  • We make a material change to the core content or structure of the course without reasonable prior notice
  • You are an EU consumer cancelling within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and you have not yet activated access to the course content (statutory right of withdrawal)


Refund requests should be submitted to contact@redflowertemple.com with your order number and reason. We aim to review and respond within 5 business days.

5. Skipping a billing cycle

If you need a temporary pause, please contact us at contact@redflowertemple.com. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests to skip a billing cycle on a case-by-case basis, though this is not guaranteed.

 

6. Changes to subscription plans or pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or plan structure. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the new price takes effect without penalty, and you will not be charged the higher amount.

This cancellation policy was last reviewed in March 2026. It is intended to comply with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Shopify’s purchase options policy requirements. The current version is always available at redflowertemple.com.
